Poly Real Estate Group Co Ltd, a real estate subsidiary of state-owned Poly Group, on Aug. 9 announced that in July it sold 450,500 square meters of properties for a total of RMB 3.41 billion in contracted sales revenue, sources reported.

In the first seven months of this year, the Shanghai-listed enterprise's contracted sales revenue was RMB 24.46 billion, a year-on-year jump of 142.66%. Contracted sales area was 2.97 million sq m, a year-on-year jump of 149.37%.

Last month, Poly Real Estate spent a total of RMB 4.37 billion acquiring four pieces of land. On Jul. 2, the property developer purchased a piece of mixed-use land in Chancheng District, Foshan, Guangdong Province for RMB 675 million. The parcel covers a land area of 95,298 sq m and has a potential floor area of 266,111 sq m.

On Jul. 6, the enterprise acquired a 147,601.08-sq m plot in Daxing District, Beijing for RMB 1.63 billion. It plans to build properties totaling 224,884 sq m on the site. Poly Real Estate purchased a 54,854-sq m parcel in Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province for RMB 850 million on Jul. 16 and purchased a 43,682.22-sq m parcel in Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province for RMB 1.22 billion on Jul. 24, sources reported.
