Macau's casino revenues up 70% in Feb

Macau's casino revenues in February this year exceeded 13.4 billion patacas, 70% more than a year earlier, sources reported.
In the first two months of this year, total casino revenues in the city exceeded 27.3 billion patacas.
SJM Holdings Ltd<0880>, the hotel and casino holding company owned by billionaire Stanley Ho, remained the market leader, with a nearly 32% market share. Sands China Ltd<1928> and Wynn Macau Ltd<1128> ranked second and third, with a market share of 20% and 15%, respectively.
In January, Macau's casino revenues hit a record high of 14 billion patacas, up 65% from the same period of last year. Last December, Macau saw its casino revenues surge 48% year on year to 11.4 billion patacas, China Knowledge reported earlier.
