LCD analog IC maker AAT raises 1Q10 guidance

Advanced Analog Technology (AAT) has revised upward its first-quarter guidance on strong demand for TFT LCD products, according to industry sources. The analog IC designer is expected to see its first-quarter revenues top NT$270 million (US$8.45 million), up almost 50% sequentially, compared to 30% growth it projected earlier, said the sources.

AAT saw its February revenues reach NT$86.17 million, a slight on-month decrease of 5.4%. The company's January revenues grew 97% sequentially and 485% on year on recovered demand from the panel market.
