China Mobile to Require "second Confirmation" for SPs

China Mobile is reportedly requiring "second confirmation" from customers when ordering wireless value-added services from SPs, according to C114. It means that the move will make SPs loss of 60%-70% revenue.
According to China Mobile, all the wireless value-added services from SPs before deductions Monternet business in order, should send the second confirmation message.
Once, China Mobile's official documents launched, smaller SP companies will be the most affected by this new policy. SP industry has been in China for ten years, since 2008, after MIIT and telecom operators' reform measures, SP companies had a difficult environment. Now China Mobile's new policy will make the SPs' life worse.
When C114 asked a people who already resign from a SP company, he said that the business room of SP become smaller and smaller, so he left SP industry, hope find a job which is more stable.
